Tiny Town Village is conveniently located near exit 1 just off of Tiny Town Road. We offer 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom floor plans with and without a garage. Plans are between 900-950 Sq. feet and come with a garage and without. Most units come standard with all appliances and all units have washer/dryer connections. Rent is $700.00 1-bed / $800.00 2-bed and includes lawn care, as well as maintenance.
Tiny Town Villages is a ‘Pet Friendly’ neighborhood with ‘Pet Stations’ placed throughout the property for your convenience.
Pet Fee: $30 per month pet rent with a $300 non-refundable pet fee. We are now charging a yearly fee for a pet license, the license fee is $35.00 due 1 October of each year.

Timber Ridge features mobile homes ranging from 2-3 bedrooms as well as new 2 bedroom duplexes. Located at 1101 Timber Ridge Drive, just off of Evans Road and 101st Division Parkway in Clarksville, TN, we are close to both Gate 1 and Gate 10 of Ft Campbell. Features and prices of the mobile homes are dependent upon floor plan and prices range from $600-$850/mo. We cover your trash, lawn-care and maintenance.

Our decision is not based solely on credit score
We will look over each report as a whole and consider employment and rental history as well; this way we are able to consider those who may not have “perfect credit”, but may still qualify based on other pertinent criteria.
The application process usually takes no more than 24 hours. We look forward to working with you for all of your rental needs!
To ensure the safety of all of our tenants, not only do we pull credit reports, we also pull a criminal and multi-state sex offender check on all occupants over the age of 18 in order for them to reside in the unit. Once again, this is for the safety of all tenants.
Once your application has been approved
Once your application is approved you will receive an email from our office. This email will state the move-in requirements, along with your security deposit and when the deposit is due. You will also receive an email with a link to set up your tenant portal.

You will receive a notification email from our office once you are approved. This email will provide you an account number that will allow you to login to our tenant portal to pay the Security Deposit. We will also be sending an email with a link to set up your Tenant Portal.
